Actions for construction work

John Hunter Roofing Contractor has the ability to undertake a number of key actions during construction work, these include :

Planning - working with PC and Main Contractors to aid in development of construction phase plans ( CPP ) to ensure to ensure that work is carried out with no health and safety risks.
Managing - implementing the plan and ensuring co-operation and co-ordination between contractors.
Monitoring - reviewing, revising and refining the plan and checking work is being carried out safely without risks to health.
Securing the site - taking steps to ensure the site is secure and preventing unauthorised access.
Liaising the design - discussing with the principal designer the design or change to the design that may occur while in process of the project.
